Here at Swoon For, we are a teeny tiny team doing the big job of scouring the globe to find amazing goods for you and your home. With occasional help from my better half, as well as my curious cat, we personally package each order with care. Our goal is to get your order to you lickety split so that you can enjoy your fabulous finds. Here's a little info about the process from purchasing to receiving to returns.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- If you're happy, we're happy. We want to do whatever we can to ensure that your purchase meets all of your expectations. If you have any concerns or queries about any of your items please contact us at info@SwoonFor.com and we'll see what we can do.
- Returns postmarked back to us within 7 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for a refund.
- Returns postmarked back to us within 7 to 21 days after receipt of purchase are eligible for store credit only.
- Returned items must arrive in original condition to be eligible for refund. Items that are returned and arrive broken or damaged will not be refunded. This includes items that are damaged in transit. It is the customer's responsibility to correctly package fragile or bulky items to ensure they arrive safely to our returns department. If you have concerns about shipping fragile items, you can refer to UPS guidelines for preparing a package, and additionally, you can insure your package against loss or damage.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- All merchandise marked FINAL SALE is non-returnable & non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on these items. If any merchandise that was purchased as final sale is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
- Orders are shipped through USPS service. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
- Most in-stock items ship within 1-2 days from our Virginia location although some items may take longer to process. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5 business days.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- While we do all that will can to ensure your order's timely delivery, Swoon For cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions. If we could we would hand deliver each order ourselves to meet our amazing customers through sleet, hale and snow, but the delivery employee might not have the same agenda.
- Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately due to size or packaging to prevent any harm to your order.
- Orders shipped within Virginia will be charged VA sales tax.
- Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination country.
- Orders are assigned international tracking numbers.
- There are no rush orders for international deliveries. We are not held responsible for any issues or delays in international customs.
- All international sales are final.
